No New Posts APARTMENTS & TOWNHOUSES

a popular way of living, these are the houses that are scattered throughout the town due to the easy access and the need for a living space. the apartments are found in a lot of variety from the run down to the upscale but they are still home for many of the citizens of the myrtle beach. the apartment is the cheapest way to live, but not always the most classiest but it's a way of life and no judgement here. the town houses are a little more classier and like the apartment, they are scattered throughout the city. the townhouses all look the same and are usually grouped together with two houses connected by a single wall. sharing an driveway is a pain but in the end, wherever you live, it's home.

No New Posts LOWER CLASS HOUSING

there is a designated areas for these lower classes housing, often one story and not in the best conditions. many people that are involved in low wage jobs, or just moved to the city are often stuck in these homes. there is not much that can be done about the living conditions as the houses look beyond repair but filling the house with love and family can often brighten up the run-down appearance. the yards are hardly there and the door might have to be jiggled but it's the best that these residents have and it's home for them in the very end.

No New Posts MIDDLE CLASS HOMES

everything about these houses are in the average zone, they are scattered throughout the city bin small neighborhoods but they are better off in the financial department. the yards are larger, there is usually a second story with the possibility of a pool and the door is well intact. things are kept neat and tidy, lawns are maintained and things seem perfect around these houses but that's what the middle class is, common and seemingly perfect.

No New Posts UPPER CLASS HOMES

the top of the food chain is where these houses are. large in width and height, the space that these houses take up are doubled of those of the middle class homes. spacious rooms, large yards, and lots of bills are put into the production of the building of these homes. laywers, doctors and the higher elite are often the ones that reside in these homes. the landscaping is a sight to see and the the houses are protected with gates often residing in a huge community with some distance between the houses but the neighbors are nice and the views are often nicer.

No New Posts BEACH HOMES

another option for those that are rolling in the cash, these are the homes with large spaces and a breathtaking view right outside of the bedroom. the ocean is right there and a piece of the beach becomes yours with the purchase of one of these homes. the other idea of these homes would be those that are labelled as tourists and don't want to stay in the motels and high class hotels that are found throughout the town. these are the kind of homes that attract the crowd needed to fill the tourist quota.

No New Posts HOTELS & MOTELS

a good choice for those that are not staying in the area for too long. the hotels and motels range from run down to the elite sized. room service, free gym access and the ever popular pool, what else could be better? well the price is from high to low but a hotel or even a motel is hardly a home.

No New Posts OUTSKIRTS

the idea of affording a home in myrtle beach seems daunting, there is the chance to go outside of the city and find a place to live. there are a variety of homes just outside of the city in all kinds of shapes. trailers are the most popular but farms can be found outside the boundary lines as well along with cul-de-sacs that hold middle class homes in a large quantity. the only downside would be the view is nothing compared to those that you would get in town boundaries as the ocean is something to peer upon.
