[style=font-family: helvetica; font-size: 13px; letter-spacing: 6px; text-transform: uppercase; text-align: center;]CAT FULL NAME: carson leigh davenport ALIAS: n/a DATE OF BIRTH: 12 july 1991 AGE: 21 OCCUPATION: trust fund baby SEXUALITY: heterosexual PLAY BY: chace crawford UNIVERSITY STUDENT [style=background-color: #664340; border: 10px solid #664340; font-family: georgia; letter-spacing: 10px; color: #ABA291; text-align: center;]all about me i was born and raised in myrtle beach, south carolina. but that does not mean that my life was a dull one. before i could even walk, my parents would drag me along with them to several places in the country. it was only when i was five years old that they trusted me enough to take me out of the country. i went to places like canada, england, italy, germany and thailand. living with parents that were filthy rich obviously had its plus sides. for instance, i got whatever i wanted, when i wanted it. i never had to worry about compensating anything, even though that was honestly the last thing on my mind as a child. i was also an only child, but not by my own parent's choice. they tried and tried and tried to have more kids before and after me, but i was the only one they ever managed to have. i think i came out pretty okay, though. at least that's what i like to think - who the hell knows what the other people are thinking? who the hell cares? [/style]my mom was a rare sort of woman. she worked for every bit of money she had. she started out as nothing, and slowly but surely climbed up the business ladder while she was still young. people say that only having a high school diploma will never get you far, but she's proved them wrong on so many levels, all i have to do is speak my mother's name - maurice davenport - and they shut up. it's because they know. they know that she's a magnificent woman and that there's nothing really bad that can even be said about her. and that's just not me being overly prideful over my family or my mother; you could ask any business man or woman, and they will surely know my mother by name, and they'll only have good things to say about her. my father, on the other hand, may not be as well known or fondly looked upon as my sister, but he's definitely a good business man, as well. he's a lawyer, although has been retired since my twentieth birthday. he was good at what he did. i remember when i was younger, you could always tell when he lost a case because he would come home and drink. and that's all he would do, was drink. and drink. and drink. and drink. he'd drink until he passed out, and he'd wake up the next morning grumpier and angrier than ever. luckily, he didn't lose many cases. if i am remembering correctly, i actually only remember him getting extremely drunk after work a few times - maybe three or four over the course of twenty one years. something like that. the rest of my family is both good and bad. my family originates from new zealand, which is where you'll find the bulk of them, however, i do have a pocket of cousins and aunts and uncles up in washington state, and come up there often to visit them. i'm not entirely too close to my family (other than my mom and dad), but every once in a while i like to keep in touch with either a plane ride up or a phone call. my life? well, my life was pretty ordinary to be honest. i went to school, and after graduating, went to the university of south carolina with a 4.0 gpa. yeah, you weren't expecting that, were you? or maybe you were, i don't know what your stereotype of a rich boy was. just like my mother, i like to work for what i want. i am now going to university and majoring in political science. very fun, isn't it? hey, maybe i'll be the president one day. president davenport kind of has a nice ring to it, doesn't it? |
