[style=width:240px; height: 240px; background: url(http://24.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_mem6wlASUy1ralsuwo1_250.png)] I'm the devil on your shoulder telling you that love is blind Lifting his beer to his lips, Jordan tipped it back, looking around quietly. Yea, I said it, quietly. Such was an odd way to see the normally loud attention whore which was Jordan Alexander, lead singer and front man for Parrot Dice. But today, he wasn't performing. Today, Jordan was observing. He'd come to see a couple other band perform but even that didn't usually find him lingering quietly along the walls towards the back. Jordan was an attention whore, he lived off it but sometimes it was nice to not to have to be seen. This was a rare state for Jordan indeed but Aiden had that effect on him. The blonde which was Jordan's long time girlfriend always knew just how to leave Jordan feeling low. Today, it was news that she was staying with some hot, young British lad. Of course, the fact that both of them were from Surrey meant that the fact he was British didn't make him exotic to them, just made him feel like home. Ex girlfriend or not, a man never wanted to hear that a girl he had feelings for - deny them though he might - was sharing an apartment with another dude. Sighing a little, Jordan forced the thoughts out of his mind, lifting the alcoholic beverage to his lips and taking a drink. His eyes wandered about, looking for entertainment since the band just wasn't cutting it for him tonight.

bars weren't usually ela's thing. in fact, they weren't her favorite place to be at all. it took too much effort for an underage girl like herself to get drunk. but i suppose that wasn't what her friend, tarron, had drug her there for in the first place. he was one of the few good influences she had in her life, albeit he himself was far from being the mr. perfect that ela was expected to be. he did at least watch out for her, for whatever that was worth, seems how he was high or drunk most of the time. but nevertheless, they were close. or at least as close as ela would let them get. being sent to a therapist and then abandoned by your only father, and then deemed a social outcast tended to do that for you. but, hey - it made her job easy. most people knew her, or, knew about her. they either knew about the video, or the parties she's been at, or whatever the fuck else ela's gotten her little hands in. "yeah, yeah. i'm gonna go find the little girls room. get me some more beer, 'kay?" she lied, offering him a grin. she couldn't help but let it falter and quickly turn around when she saw he noticed the venom in her smile. once upon a time, she could smile and laugh her way into getting anything she wanted. but now.... well, now she couldn't. and she didn't understand it one bit.
after fully deciding she wasn't going to the little girl's room like she told tarron, she decided to wander around a bit through a crowd of people, glaring back at one guy in particular who looked like he wanted nothing more to blend in with the wall. she scrunched up her face before going about her business and finding her own place on the wall. sighing heavily, she slid down the wall and brought her knees to her chest, watching as people drunkly moved about, not being able to help but laugh openly at them a couple of times.

[style=width:240px; height: 240px; background: url(http://24.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_mem6wlASUy1ralsuwo1_250.png)] I'm the devil on your shoulder telling you that love is blind Musing his hand through his hair, Jordan watched the crowd. When he got into these moods where he didn’t want to be the center of attention, he was a pretty good people watcher. Otherwise, he couldn’t stand not being paid attention to. It was just how Jordan was. He liked the spotlight, liked when the girls were fighting over who he gave his autograph to next and all that lovely fun stuff that attributed to his ego and made him a right pleasure to be around. Tonight was people watching night however, as it so often was when Aiden plagued his thoughts but wasn’t around to make jealous with shameless flirting on the nearest set of curves. That had become his favorite pass time, pissing Aiden off because she liked to do the same to him.
As his eyes scanned the room, they landed on a particular girl and he moved his eyes over that slender frame momentarily before moving on but moments later, his eyes picked her up again and he allowed himself to follow her movements through the crowd. When she sunk out of sight, his brow furrowed. It wasn’t really safe to be below knee level in an environment such as this. Killing the last of his drink, he headed off in the direction he’d last seen her and quirked his head a bit when he found the girl on the floor. ”Not a very safe place to be.” He shouted above the music and the roar of the crowd.
